22-01-2004 - At About 8.30 EDT - Thornton - Canon A70 - F2.8 to F5.6 - 1 to 15 sec exposures Tarro and Mayfield - Canon A70 - F2.8 - 15 sec exposures - 2 storms, one to the south-west and the other to the north-east Started taking pics just after sunset as both storms where producing ample lightning first pics taken at thorton industrul area, the pics from here dont do the storms justus - - - - - - - this is all i had time for here (i was very diapointed not to just follow the storms) Off to Mum and Dads for dinner, during dinner i could still here non stop thunder But on the way home i had to stop on the back road between woodbury and berro To take the best shots of this storm 10.15pm at tarro - - gota watch I don't get run over - who put that rotten tree there - - Love this shot - had to move the camera during this exposure so as not to get run over be the oncoming Car (not to mention washing out the picture) - - - Nice triple strike with .42x wide angle lens - - There was a lot of lightning in one spot - notice the truck shadow from the flashes Last pic from here, better get off home (storm still producing many flashes) I was still able to get some great crackers over my house in mayfield Not my house So that's where the power comes from Nice storms TheSkyGuy
